Apache Station is an environment, created especially for students!

We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at Arizona State University or his/her school of choice. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. They may stay healthy with our fitness center and resort style pool with a basketball hoop and brand new BBQ grill area. They may relax in the clubhouse or utilize our tanning facility. Apache Station meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve their goals in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate departs Apache Station, you are not responsible. This is just another reason why Apache Station is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Staff

Apache Station has a staff of community assistants that live on-site and are able to assist your student. The office at Apache Station is available for maintenance requests, package pick up, and any other needs. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Apache Station offers 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Affordable Floor Plans

Apache Station has three spacious floor plan options (ranging from 1-3 bedrooms) to suit their needs. Each student has the luxury and convenience of having some of the largest floor plans in the area. Your student’s rent does not include utilities, however living in a larger apartment is a perk all in itself.

Roommate Matching

If your resident does not have a roommate in mind, let us match him/her with roommates! Just complete a Roommate Matching Form, and we will locate the best match based on that information. Please note: Roommate matching is configured based on availability of potential roommates with signed leases in the same floor plan style.

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At Apache Station, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our Community Assistant staff plan resident events to get them involved. Apache Station has resident events that range from pizza parties to poolside events. Past events have included pool parties, morning breakfast, tailgating before Arizona State football games, games, a Casino Night, and resident Volleyball & Basketball tournaments! Not only is there free food at most events, but it is also a great way to meet your neighbors and chat with the management staff!
