What type of apartments does Apache Station have?

Apache Station offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom unfurnished apartments

What is the square footage of our apartments?

The 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is 854 sq. ft.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is 1159 sq. ft.
The 3-bedroom, 2-bath smaller layout is 1338 sq. ft.
The 3-bedroom, 2-bath larger layout is 1447 sq. ft.

Does Apache Station offer individual leases or are we responsible for the entire apartment?

Apache Station offers both individual leases and conventional style leases to meet the needs of our residents!

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are very pet friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! However, we do have a few breed & size restrictions. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call or come by the leasing office.

Is there a pet deposit or pet rent?

Yes, the pet deposit is $500 total, $300 non-refundable and $200 refundable with an additional $20 per month per pet

Does Apache Station have a private shuttle?

No, we do not offer a shuttle service, however we are directly across the street from the Light Rail which will take you to/from ASU campus and beyond.

Do you provide a roommate matching service?

Yes! If you don’t know of anyone else to live with and prefer to live at Apache Station, there’s no need to worry! You can sign an individual lease at any time and we will make our best effort to roommate match you with a roommate of similar interests.

What utilities are included with my rent?

Apache Station does not offer utilities with your lease. You are required before moving in to Apache Station to set up your electricity and water utilities. Cable/ internet are optional services that you may also set up at your convenience.

When is my rent due?

Rent at Apache Station is due the 1st of the month. You do have a short grace period to pay your rent after the 1st of the month without a late fee, however we do encourage you to pay it as early as possible.

How do I pay my rent?

There are several ways that you can pay your rent. You can:
  • Pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
  • Pay with a credit card through RentPayment.com (additional fee).
  • Have your rent automatically deducted from your bank account each month.

What if I need to break my lease?

The Apache Station lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Apache Station after signing your lease or at any time during your lease contract, you will need to find a replacement and a fee will apply. Please call the leasing office for information.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox near the front of the property. If you have a package that does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive a message in your mailbox or at your door stating your package is in the leasing office. You will need a photo ID to retrieve your package.

Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?

Apache Station insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We highly suggest purchasing renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and may cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.

What if I need Maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?

If you are in need of maintenance, simply go to our website and fill out the maintenance request. You may also call or stop by the leasing office during business hours. If it is an emergency, please notify the answering service immediately, we have 24 hour maintenance on staff.

What is a Community Assistant?

A Community Assistant (C.A.) is a mentor here to help you! They are listening ears if you are struggling with something, aids in roommate conflicts, and social activity planners. They live on-property and work in the office. Most are students, so you may run into them on campus!
